PCNet is committed to delivering stress-free, highly secure Lease Return Services to our clients. There are five vital aspects to a seamless return:
Logistics: Scheduling and Pickup: PCNet has the ability to support a national logistics model scalable to support pickups of any size. Clients have the ability to initiate a pickup online through PCNet's customer specific web portals or by contacting our Service Center. PCNet's Asset Recovery team will arrange for the onsite pick up or shipment of all leased assets to our Technology Center in Trumbull, CT.
Asset Processing: PCNet conducts a detailed audit on each recovered asset. Upon arrival to PCNet's technology center the assets are processed through our state-of-the-art, high security distribution and configuration center and prepared for technical analysis and web portal reporting back to the client. Both warranty and non-warranty work will be performed on all assets in order to limit return penalties from the leasing company.
Certified Data Destruction: Functioning hard drives will undergo a 3 DOD pass data wipe in which the data is overwritten or reformatted. Hard drives that are non-functional or that do not pass sector verification will be degaussed, crushed or shredded.
Reporting: All assets are evaluated by our trained technical staff and reported back to the client based upon hardware specificaitons/configurations, condition and processing status.
Shipment to Lessor: All assets will be bulk packaged and prepared for shipment back to the Lessor in accordance with their requirments.
